Water Cooler Servicing
UK Aqua are pleased to be able to provide a range of water cooler services from regular maintenance to break down call outs. It is not uncommon for us to be called and told that a water cooler we have not maintained is not working, regrettably there are a number of water cooler companies that have similar names. What is almost as frequent is where we have not supplied the machine either no regular maintenance has taken place or it has been inadequate!
Plumbed in Water coolers in general office environments should be sanitised and have filters changed twice yearly. In addition to this regular minimum maintenance a check of working parts and cleanliness is conducted when we undertake a service. This regular water cooler service process will keep most water coolers working for many years trouble free.
If water cooler servicing is neglected or is not conducted correctly then there may be an increased risk of break downs or leaking. We are happy to attempt to fix broken or malfunctioning water coolers but it is far better to conduct a regular maintenance plan which will not only help keep the cooler working it will also keep the water fresh!
If regular water cooler servicing is not undertaken any trace of contamination in the water will have time to build up and may in time make the water taste bad and worse be unsafe to drink. Filters that are not changed will become clogged up and actually end up harbouring contaminants than could be a breeding ground for contaminants before they enter the cooler.
In short regular water cooler servicing is a good idea. UK Aqua are keen to assist and have in house saff covering most of England and Wales we have partners whom cover outlying area. Regrettably we do not cover Northern Ireland for service work at this time.
