Renting
Renting gives total peace of mind and a fixed price for the contract duration (typically 3 years) All maintenance and filter charges are covered as are any call out fees *
Renting is obviously better for cash flow as it spreads payments over a longer period, it may be that you can offset all costs more tax efficiently (speak to your accountant) than acquiring an asset and depreciating it.
If your unit is faulty we will either repair or replace the unit at no additional charge.
Buying
With outright purchase You can still buy peace of mind with a pre pay annual maintenance contract to include sanitisations and filter changes.
If the unit is faulty we will repair or replace it if in the guarantee period (typically 1 year) Thereafter repairs* will be done either at a small charge or for free if minor (which is usually the case)
With outright purchase you have the option to maintain the unit yourself and keep your costs to a minimum. We can supply filters, sanitisation fluid and guidance if required.
• We reserve the right to charge for Repairs and Call outs if the fault is due to miss use or was deemed unnecessary as reasonable checks where not made before agreeing the call out (ie checking the drip tray is not full- our biggest reason for reported leaky units)
