Bottled water coolers in the office are actually quite handy.  First, it saves one having to have staff bring in their own bottles and clutter up the office.  Second of all, its healthy water as it’s filtered and there is unlimited supply, as you can put tap water in the bottle and so have nice cold drinking water.  it doesn’t take that much space and supply can be constant.  The staff can then have an unlimited supply of water to drink. These bottled water coolers are really a great invention. 

The problem with bottled water coolers is that they tend to take up a lot of space.  There’s an issue of space that comes up when you want to put a water cooler in an office.  Some offices are big enough to house these big bottled water coolers, but in some cases you’d want something smaller and better.  Investing in a water cooler for the office is not a bad idea as in the long run one will save money on buying water.  You can now get tap water coolers instead of the bottled water coolers whom are definitely as efficient and easy to use as their bottled counter-parts.

Bottled water coolers have their advantages and disadvantages.  An advantage is that you know that you’ll always have fresh water in the office when you are working and that one will save money with this product.  It is however, a rather space consuming affair for one to have lots of bottled water sitting in some space in one’s office.  These water bottles tend to usurp space that one could be using for other more important facilities in the office.  That’s why the plumbed water coolers were invented, to save the need for the water bottle in the bottled water coolers.  

When one is talking about bottled water coolers then one also has to think about changing the bottle over ever so often.  When working in small office the need to change a 19 litre bottle over might not be so great as such, but when working in an office with more then 15 people in it, let us say, one will see that having to change the bottle in one’s bottled water cooler can be a rather annoying affair.  At this point one is better off considering the plumbed water cooler for jus that very reason above.  In smaller places bottled water coolers do have their use, but the bigger offices should go for the other option.
